Biography
Slongs Dievanongs (Antwerp, July 24 1978) is the alter ego of Charissa Parassiadis, an Antwerp rapper with a Greek background. 
'Slongs ("slob") is Antwerp dialect for a sloppy woman, also a synonym for a slut, lellebel, slut, slut or slob. 'Dievanongs' ("ours") is a term used in Antwerp a man as he talks about his wife or partner. 
Slongs became known through the television in the mix, they along with Brahim sang a cover of Morning, morning of Nicole & Hugo. 
In 2013 she had a hit with the song laughs nor me. For the Radio 2 Summer Hit she was nominated in multiple categories, so for "Best Newcomer" and "Best Ambiance", but also for the big Radio 2 Summer Hit -trofee she was nominated. There they had to Ozark Henry overrode. At best newcomer she had Paulien Mathues overrode. But in the end they still won a trophy of "Best Ambiance". 
Slongs is part of the Antwerp hiphop group Halve Neuro. 

Beginning in 2014, she was by Nathalie Meskens in the VTM program Against the Stars on parodied. Slongs also came up short in the picture. That same year she released along with Half Neuro commissioned by the Cultural Centre St. Andrew (Costa) the ep Mother, why do we live? (the eponymous novel) from showing five songs of Lode Zielens, the highlight is the social conscience Still Ni Too Late. 

In 2015 she participated in The Smartest Person in the World on FOUR, where she held the three episodes full. They took it on against Gert Verhulst, Martin Vangramberen, Jan Peumans and Kristel Verbeke. The last two also played home. That same year she also participated in Love for Music on VTM. As part of this program names Kate Ryan (Ifoon), Tom Helsen (I Want Ant), Christoff (I Zen Ni Bank), Guy Swinnen (laughs Nor Me) and Stan Van Samang (Goeiemorgend g'day) numbers among its hands. In turn, she edited Welcome Home by Stan Van Samang (Episode 1) and Robbin 'the Liquor Store of The Scabs (Episode 3).
