He began writing songs at the age of 12 and released his debut single, "Trapstar," at 15. Growing up in Valsta, Märsta, he co-founded the hip-hop collective and record label Grind Gang Music alongside fellow rappers VC Barre and D50.
Adaam's early releases, including the EPs Grindar (2019) and Ordnade Detta (2020), garnered attention in the Swedish hip-hop scene. His collaboration with the late rapper Einár on the single "Dansa" reached number one on the Swedish singles chart in 2021.

His second studio album, Myror i brallan, released the same year, topped the Swedish Albums Chart.
Continuing his momentum, Adaam released his third studio album, Trapen till radion, in 2023, featuring the hit single "17," which sampled Veronica Maggio's song "17 år" and peaked at number two on the Swedish singles chart.
