New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Critically acclaimed pianist Marcus Roberts will perform for a special one-night-only celebration of the legends of jazz piano at the 92nd St. Y on Thursday, July 23. Marcus will be performing the works of Jelly Roll Morton, Scott Joplin, and more along with fellow pianists Bill Charlap and Jeb Patton.

In the past year and a half, Marcus has released 3 albums - 2 of them alongside Wynton Marsalis - and was profiled on 60 Minutes. Prior to that, he debuted his first-ever Concerto with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, a piece he'd been working on for 20 years.
