Phil Vassar Releases Second "Songs From The Cellar" Episode Featuring Special Guest Sarah Darling
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Phil Vassar is back with an all-new episode of "Songs from the Cellar" as the award-winning singer/songwriter opens the doors to his personal cellar to showcase wine and spirits, share unforgettable stories and collaborate with special guests, including Sarah Darling who's featured in the latest episode. Darling is a talented singer-songwriter who has played numerous times at the Opry and has had recent radio success with songs such as "Home to Me," and "Little Umbrellas."

In the first of a two-part episode, Vassar sampled Darling's irresistible macaroons, paired with a 2011 St Urban-Hof Splatise Riesling before they collaborated on her new tune titled, "Cowboy Ride," featured on Darling's upcoming album. The second part will be released in the coming weeks.

Future episodes will incorporate artists, songwriters and wine connoisseurs as featured "Songs from the Cellar" guests. Each episode will intertwine storytelling and music with wine and food pairings. The wine, beer, bourbons and other cocktail favorites featured during the shows are inspired by the guests themselves.

"We have so much fun filming Songs from the Cellar", says Vassar. "It's really special to sit down and chat with some of the best artists in the industry and hear their stories. It also doesn't hurt you get to drink some wine while doing it!"

Vassar plans to incorporate several wineries and vineyards in his 2016 American Soul tour, as well as multiple wine-themed events.
