London UK (SONY BMG Music Entertainment) - 2004 marked the debut of over 300 female solo artists worldwide. Natasha Bedingfield emerged as the leader of the pack in the UK. A success story that is has continued in 2005...

Natasha received 4 Brit nominations for 2005's Brit Awards: Best Breakthrough, Best Female, Best Pop Artist and Best Single. This is the most nominations in a single year for a female artist in the awards history.

Other awards/nominations to Natasha's name include: 2004 MTV EMA's Best UK and Ireland Act, 2004 Smash Hits's Hot New Talent, 2005 Elle Best Music Act, 2005 Glamour UK Solo Artist and Newcomer of the Year.
