Susan Rosenbluth Announces Retirement From Goldenvoice
LOS ANGELES (Top40 Charts) Goldenvoice, the premier California music promoter and subsidiary of AEG Presents, announced today that its Senior Vice President Susan Rosenbluth has announced her retirement from the music industry. The legendary concert promoter's career spans six decades, working with such artists as Elton John, Talking Heads, BTS, Keith Urban, BLACKPINK, ATEEZ, and Van Morrison.
"My work life has been filled with so many meaningful experiences, due to the Goldenvoice concert promotion team, artists and their crews who come together to present these events," said Rosenbluth. "I am grateful to the people of the concert community."

Paul Tollett, President of Goldenvoice, added: "Susan is a legend…that goes without saying. But she also charted a new course for Goldenvoice musically and made us better for it. We wish her only the best in this next chapter of her life. She will be missed by all of us."

Susan started her career at Los Angeles's Greek Theatre in 1978. She spent her first three years at the world-renowned amphitheater learning about facility management and was, at the age of 24, named general manager in 1982. Over the next 13 years she managed concert presentations at the Greek Theatre, the Pantages Theatre, the Pacific Amphitheatre and the Honda Center for the Nederlander Organization. In 1995 she became a talent buyer at Nederlander, with the primary responsibility for programming of the Greek Theatre, the Honda Center and the Rabobank Arena. During the next eight years, she became proficient at booking concerts of all genres, including those featuring Asian, Persian and Latin performers.

In 2003, Susan moved to Goldenvoice as its SVP and General Manager, buying talent for concerts throughout California, Alaska, Hawaii, and Arizona, including programming at the Staples Center, Dignity Health Sports Park, and, starting in 2006, the Microsoft Theater at L.A. Live. She formed the Latin concert promotion division of Goldenvoice/AEG Presents in 2005. A few of the artists whose concerts she has promoted include George Lopez, Dave Matthews Band, the Eurythmics, Cher, Bette Midler, Santana, Van Morrison, Prince, Maná, Ivan Cornejo, Daddy Yankee, Snoop Dogg, Taylor Swift, Keith Urban, Guns 'n Roses, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, Backstreet Boys, James Taylor and Sir Paul McCartney. She promoted her first K-pop artists' concerts in 2010 and with C.S. Hah, has promoted multiple North American tours of various K-pop artists since that time, including BLACKPINK, BTS and Monsta X.

She is co-chair of the Women's Leadership Council at AEG. Her awards include Pollstar Talent Buyer of the Year 2007, W.I.S.E. (Women In Sports and Events) Woman of Inspiration 2011, Venues Today Woman of Influence 2014 and Billboard's Women Executives in Music 2020. Her favorite artists include Joni Mitchell, Woodkid, Sublime, Carole King and Caifanes.

Goldenvoice, creators of Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival and Stagecoach: California's Country Music Festival, operates successful Los Angeles and Bay Area music venues including the Fonda Theatre, The Roxy Theatre, El Rey Theatre, The Novo, Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall, The Regency Ballroom and The Warfield. Goldenvoice holds exclusive booking deals at Brookside at The Rose Bowl, Santa Barbara Bowl, Mountain Winery, Great American Music Hall and Frost Amphitheatre. They also have produced events such as Desert Trip, Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival, Day N Vegas, Porter Robinson's Second Sky Festival, Just Like Heaven and many more. Beginning as an independent punk rock promoter in the early 1980s, Goldenvoice grew to be the preeminent alternative promoter in Southern California by forging strong relationships with both bands and music fans. Currently, Goldenvoice promotes over 1,600 concerts a year in California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada plus recently adding North American tours to their growing list of accomplishments.
