SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (Top40 Charts) - The members of Kiss will add one more notch to their well-worn belts this weekend because the band has been added to the list of performers for Sunday's (Feb. 24) globally televised closing ceremonies at the XIX Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.

The veteran band - which also played last week at a fashion show in New York - has been added to a star-filled lineup that already includes                           Moby, Bon Jovi, 'NSync, Christina Aguillera, Gloria Estefan, Charlotte Church with Josh Groban, Harry Connick, Jr., Earth, Wind, & Fire, and Dianne Reeves.

The event, which will also feature an extravagant fireworks show as well as an ultraviolet light production, will be carried live on NBC from Rice-Eccles Olympic Stadium near downtown SLC.
