The Children's Group Partners With Marblemedia And Sinking Ship Productions To Release 'This Is Daniel Cook' On CD

LOS ANGELES (Sinking Ship Productions) - The Children's Group, the leading producer of children's storytelling and classical music entertainment, has signed an exclusive agreement to produce, sell and market CDs for marblemedia and Sinking Ship Productions, the two co-producers of the Gemini award-nominated "This is Daniel Cook" television series. The debut "This is Daniel Cook" CD, Here We Are!, is scheduled for release in March 2007.

The series, which follows young Daniel Cook as he explores the world from his perspective, airs on Playhouse Disney in the U.S. and airs on Treehouse and TVOntario in Canada. The show was awarded honors for Best Preschool Program, Best Website for www.thisisdanielcook.com and Best of Show at the Alliance for Children and Television's Awards of Excellence.

The CD will be a compilation of best-loved kids' songs that tie in with Daniel Cook's TV show episodes and will also include the distinctive "Daniel Cook" theme song along with other elements from the show.
