Holy Night", will be hitting the airwaves in preparation for the upcoming holidays. Performed with Piano 4, Sigler delivers his signature vocal style on familiar Christmas songs perfectly timed to get listeners in the holiday spirit.
"I've been singing "O Holy Night' all my life", Sigler says. "I knew that if I ever planned to record a Christmas song, it would be "O Holy Night,'" he shares. Joining him on the two cuts is the group, Piano4, four concert pianists - Randall Hartman, Marja Kaisla, Vitalij Kuprij, and Norma Meyer - who play simultaneously, based in the Philadelphia area. Piano4 have toured throughout the world to sold-out audiences.
Part of the Philadelphia Sound with Gamble & Huff, Sigler has worked with some of the biggest names in the music business including Curtis Mayfield, Carl Carlton, Phyllis Hyman, Lou Rawls, Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes, and Chaka Khan. In spite of his very successful career in soul music, Sigler grew up singing in church and spirituals and Christmas songs are quite familiar to him. The debut of Sigler's Christmas tunes comes on the heels of his acclaimed CD, The Lord's Prayer, a collection of twelve original and well-known gospel songs. Radio executive and harpist Jeff Majors is featured on the spiritual "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot".
