BERLIN, GERMANY (Top40 Charts/ Verstrker Medienmarketing GmbH) - Berlin Festival 2010 is on the go, and we are excited to announce even more bands to rock our stages at Tempelhof Airport on 10-11th of September. Alongside acts including LCD Soundsystem, Fever Ray and Caribou, we are pleased to announce that Editors are coming to town to play their only gig in Germany's capital this year! They will be joined by Adam Green, the guitar power of Blood Red Shoes, and Jos Gonzlez's new band Junip!

They all contribute to the amazing line up of City Slang Stage at Hangar 3 of Tempelhof airport. In addition to this, Tricky will perform his only Berlin gig this year (coinciding with his new release) presenting some exciting, exclusive material for the crowds. MIT will also take centre stage, celebrating their comeback with a whole new set up. They've been busy in the studio with Simian Mobile Disco and Kraftwerk have also worked their magic on their new release. And there's another festival special in the pipeline: Wedding Present will take us on a journey back through time. At Berlin Festival, the band will perform their legendary album Bizarro at Wedding Present's only Berlin gig in 2010. We are also delighted to have the incredible Why?, Lali Puna, First Aid Kit, Washed Out and Seabear with us.

And that's only the beginning: only a third of the festival's line up is confirmed so far. All together, around 70 artists will rock our three stages as well as the legendary 'Mobile Disko.'

We're also happy to announce our first confirmed new talent showcase. Together with Popkomm, we discovered the lovely Finnish duo Jesse and Norwegian act The Megaphonic Thrift and selected them to perform at Berlin Festival.
