Cancer Survivor John David Schrader Releases 3rd Solo CD "Daylight Crashing"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ John David Schrader Official Website) John David Schrader's latest CD release "Daylight Crashing" has already garnered critical acclaim straight out of the gate! Reviews like, " Wow, what a CD! Your infusion of gut-real passion into your singing, songwriting, and multi-talented musicianship touches the human experience. John David Schrader is the hottest act on the East Coast ..Onward John!" by Guy Towe of LA talk radio in California. " Nick Tann of "Is This Thing On" radio show in the UK says of John's latest work, "Quite brilliant!" This is but two in a line of many great reviews that set the tone for success for John's new CD. John, a multi-instrumentalist, wrote every song, recorded every vocal and every instrument on all of his CD's himself at his studio JLS Sound in Kingston, NY.

A cancer survivor, John has struggled to escape the pains of that diagnosis at the age of 21 only to embrace it as an adult which helped shape him and his songwriting. John is featured on a cancer benefit CD from an organization called "I'm Too Young For This" www.I2Y.org with Grammy winners such as members of The Barenaked Ladies. In an attempt to "give back", John says he was honored to be asked to be part of the project. John has been awarded 6 times by ASCAP for his songwriting and most recently, John's song 'Shock' from Daylight Crashing was awarded by The International Association of Independent Recording Artists (IAIRA) as a Certified International Top 100. John's music and more can be found at www.johnschrader.com and on all the major music sites I-tunes and a host of other download sites. John's live band consists of Sean North on Guitar/vocals, Dennis Styles on Bass, Ruperto Ifil on Drums/percussion, and John on guitar, piano and lead vocals. The band is currently on the road in support of John's music! Keep an eye out! John has played extensively in NYC, NJ, Boston, LI and CT and has shared the stage with a long list of top players such as members of Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Jackson Browne, Peter Gabriel, Rod Stewart, Sting, The David Letterman Band, Billy Joel, Maceo Parker, Al Green, Southside Johnny and Leslie West, Van Morrison, Muddy Waters Band, and many others!
