Recorded live onstage in Studio City, Calif., the historic album brought together musicians and vocalists from many different styles and disciplines, jamming on twelve new arrangements and two new songs. Featured are Alex Acuna, Patti Austin, Charlie Mason, Phil Perry, Frank Quintero, Nelson Rangel, Natali Rene, Lee Ritenour, Oscar Seaton, Ricardo Silveira, Sadao Watanabe and Ernie Watts.

Arranger, composer, producer, engineer, vocalists, guitarist, keyboardist and percussionist, multi-talented Don Grusin entered the music scene in 1975, putting together a band to tour Japan with Quincy Jones.

Over the last two decades, he has also released nine solo albums (including 'The Hang') and contributed to numerous others.
In 1998, he recorded 'Sticks and Stones,' a collaboration with older brother Dave Grusin.
